1. I consent to the collection, use and retention of my personal data by NTUC for the purposes of processing, servicing, and managing my registration for this contest.
2. I will inform NTUC immediately of any changes to my contact details and/or personal data in order that NTUC is able to contact me for all matters relating to this contest.
3. I acknowledge that I am /may be identifiable from the photograph.
4. I hereby also give to NTUC the right to use my image for news and publicity purposes, for print and on online/electronic platforms. I understand that the image may be digitally altered/ enhanced and I waive all rights to approve any finished product.
5. I understand that if I withdraw my consent after marketing collaterals containing my image are already in production, those marketing collaterals will still be used by NTUC. However, my photo with my image will not be used for future marketing collaterals, publicity materials and/or videos.
6. I understand that I will not be paid in cash or in kind, for the use of the photo with my image.

TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE NTUC x NDP BAY CELEBRATIONS YOUTH HEARTBEAT CONTEST

1. NTUC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Contest or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Contest.
2. NTUC’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by NTUC.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Contest irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or in-kind.
5. NTUC reserves the right to modify the Content Prizes as and when necessary, without prior notice.
6. NTUC shall not be liable for any fault of the Content Prizes.
7. Entries must be original and unpublished work of the participant and the copyright owner and not infringing on any third party intellectual property rights.
